大きな地震の直後に余震や津波が懸念されるなど
環境が不安定で、予想される変化が過激な場合とか。
ギャンブルに限らず不確かなことに取り組むのは
あるやなしやのメリットとリスクを伴う。
できれば何もせず、大人しく寝ていたい。
眠っていれば悩みも苦労もなく、とにかく楽だから。
しかしながら、近頃の世間の変化は滅法激しい。
今日が大丈夫だからと明日の準備を怠るのは危険。
現代のいわゆる成功者たちが口をそろえて言う。
「何もしないでいるのはリスクである」と。

Creeping Risk
It's obviously dangerous to fumble in the dark.
However,
it is even more dangerous not to move.
If the environment is unstable
and the expected changes are extreme,
such as aftershocks
and tsunami may occur immediately
after a large earthquake.
Addressing uncertainties, not just gambling,
comes with merit and risk
that may or may not exist.
If possible, do nothing,
and you want to sleep quietly.
If you're asleep, you'll have no worries
and trouble, and it's easy.
However, the changes
in the world these days are drastic.
It's dangerous to neglect tomorrow's preparation
just because it's okay today.
Today's so-called successful people
say the same thing.
"Doing nothing is a risk."
