ごく短い列に並んでいる。
私の前には中年の女がいる。
その前に男の子がいて、ふたりは親子のようだ。
男の子の前には若い女が立っている。
どうやら彼女が列の先頭らしい。
ATMのようなものを利用しようとしているのか
飲食店に入る順番なのか、どうもはっきりしない。
突然、若い女が悲鳴をあげる。
彼女の腰のあたりにベルトのような白いものがあり
それを男の子が両手でつかんで引っ張っていた。
その手を無理に引き離そうとするのか
母親は息子を抱いて背後に引っ張る。
これは大変だと思い、私も加勢しようと
中年女の腰の白いベルトのようなものを引っ張る。
しかし、男の子は手を離そうとしない。
若い女は後方に引きずられるばかり。
らちが明かないので、私は列を抜け出し
母親に抱かれた男の子の脇腹をくすぐってみる。
男の子は胴体をよじるが、笑いもしない。
その代わりに母親が笑い出した。
どういうつもりか、と母親を見ると
その顔はライオンであった。
その笑い声が猛獣の咆哮に変わった。
Wild Line
I am in a very short line.
There is a middle-aged woman in front of me.
Before that there was a boy,
the two of them seemed to be mother and child.
A young lady is standing in front of the boy.
Apparently she seems to be at the beginning of the line.
I am not certain whether it is trying to use something
like ATM or in order to enter a restaurant.
Suddenly the young woman screams.
There was a white thing like a belt around her waist,
and the boy grasped it with both hands pulling it.
His mother tries to forcibly separate his hand,
holding him and pulling it behind.
I think that this is hard and I will also pull a kind of white belt
on the waist of a middle-aged woman to try to help them.
But the boy will not let go of his hand.
The young woman is dragged behind.
Since it does not progress, I get out of the line
and try to tickle the side of a boy held by his mother.
He will twig the torso, but he will not laugh.
Instead, his mother laughed.
Looking at his mother what he intended to do,
her face was a lion.
The laughter turned into a roaring of a beast.
