うちのマンションの並び隣は角の家で
玄関が顔とすれば、うちに尻を向けた形。
で、冬に雪が積もっても、この家の住人は
こちら側の歩道を雪かきしようとしない。
正面の西側の歩道は完璧に雪かきするのに。
建物の日陰となる北側には雪が残る。
坂道が凍り、歩行者が滑って転びそうになる。
仕方なく、我々が雪かきしてやるわけだが
それを見ても平気で挨拶するので注意した。
それで、やっと気づいたみたいに雪かきする。
気づかないはずないのだ。
気にしていないだけなのだ。
正面の見える部分だけ取り繕う。
視界に入らないところは放っておく。
頭でっかち、バランス無視。
そんな輩が多い。
Snow Scraping
Next to the side of our apartment
