いつのまにか家族と掘りゴタツに入っている。
「おまえ、なにを言っているのかわからないよ」
と祖母らしくない祖母役の女が指摘する。
「起きたばかりで、口がまわらないんだ」
「やっぱり変だね」と祖母。
「唇の形も変だ」
父に似ていない父役の男も言う。
そもそも父はとっくの昔に亡くなっている。
考えてみれば、祖母は父より先に死んでいた。
「おれはもう年なんだよ」
唇を意識しながら話す。
「だいたい口が開いてないよ」と兄に似てない兄。
「もう一度喋ってみなさい」と同じく母。
「だから、もう年なんだってば」
自分でも呂律がまわってない気がしてきた。
