飲み屋または宿屋か、広い部屋。
宴会の終わった宴会場のようでもある。
知人らしき数人と一緒にいる。
修学旅行または同窓会を連想させる。
ある大柄な男が紅一点の小柄な女を襲い
冗談から始まったかのように抱こうとしている。
そのうち本気になり、女は裸にされてしまう。
酔っているのか、女は抵抗もしない。
他の男たちは歓声をあげ、どさくさに紛れ
腕を伸ばして女体に触れたりしている。
私は仲間に加われず、黙って立ちつくし
修羅場を見下ろしながら、ただ呆れるばかり。
女は男のものになってしまった様子。
羨ましくもあるが、大丈夫なのだろうか。
そのうち騒ぎは収まり、帰る支度。
屋外には雪が降り出した気配。
年配者から指示があり、大柄な男は女を背負い
歩いて自宅まで帰らなければならない。
やはり責任も一緒に背負い込んでしまったようだ。
だが、男は甘んじて受けいるつもりらしい。
厚い靴下だけ履いて皆と一緒に外へ出たが
途中、靴を置き忘れたことを思い出す。
宿屋に引き返すことを提案すると
同じく靴を置き忘れた二人ほどが同調する。
年配者は止めようとするが、通りは一本道なので
すぐに追いつくから大丈夫、と説得する。
心配顔の老人を尻目に、私たちは駆け出す。

Inn Turmoil
A bar or an inn, this is a large room.
It's like a banquet hall where the banquet is over.
I'm with a few people who seem to be acquaintances.

A big man attacks her little red woman
and he tries to embrace her as if it started with his joke.
Eventually he gets serious and she gets naked.
Maybe she's drunk, she doesn't resist.

looking down at the scene, and I was just amazed.
She seems to have become his.

and we are ready to go home.

and walk back to his home.
