犬の鳴き声で目覚めた。
起きると、裏庭との境のところに犬がいる。
隣の家で飼ってる小犬だ。
吠える感じがないので、かわいらしい。
それにしても、なんか変だ。
サッシの網入りガラス戸はどこへ行ったのだ。
見ると、小犬の背後、裏庭の地面に倒れている。
突風にでも飛ばされたのだろうか。
なんにせよ、物騒なことだ。
裏庭に出て、ガラス戸を拾い上げる。
幸いにもガラスは割れてない。
ヒビは入っているが、これは元からだ。
なんとかサッシの枠にガラス戸をはめる。
犬は家の中からこちらを見ている。
まあいいか。
それにしても、外は好い天気だ。

Dog Alarm Clock
I woke up with the barking of a dog.
When I wake up, there is a dog
on the border with the backyard.
It's a puppy owned by the people in the next house.
It doesn't feel like barking, so it's pretty.
Even so, something is strange.
Where did the sash's wire-reinforced glass door go?
Looking at it, it is lying behind the puppy
on the ground in the backyard.
Was it blown away by a gust of wind?
Anyway, it's a careless thing.
I go out to the backyard and pick up the glass door.
Fortunately the glass isn't broken.
It's cracked, but it's from the beginning.
I managed to fit the glass door
in the frame of the sash.
The dog is looking at me from inside the house.
I wonder if it's okay.
Even so, the weather is nice outside.
