けれど、その前に長らく休んでいたので
申しわけないと思って出勤したら、暇だった。
パートさんはひとりもいない。
同じ部署の正社員もいない。
別の部署の正社員たちが臨時に配属されている。
作業台のレーンの左右に間隔を置いて並び
なにやら流れ作業をするつもりのようだ。
黒っぽい制服ばかり並ぶと異様に映る。
慣れない作業は効率も悪かろう。
それでも出勤した以上、始めなければならない。
立派な工場と多くの正社員を有することが
仕事のない会社にとって負担になっているのだ。
こんなことなら遠慮せず休めばよかった。

Leisure Factory
It seems that

It seems that they are planning to do flowing work

of the lane of the workbench with an interval.
Only dark uniforms line up strangely.
Efficiency will be bad for unfamiliar work.
Still, I have to start, as I go to work.
Having a fine factory and many regular employees
is burdensome for companies without jobs.
I wish I had a break without reserve.
