内なる異物

わけのわからないもの、
得体の知れないものが自分の内にある。

自分のものではないものの存在を
はっきりと自分の内に感じる。

異物としか言いようがない。

感じたことのない感じに囚われるため、
それが自分のリズムを狂わせる。

考えるはずのない考えが浮かび、
行動するはずのない行動をとってしまう。

信頼する者へ告白する勇気を奪い、
自分を窮地へ、破滅へと導かんとする。

穏やかな午後、不意に体が痺（しび）れるのは
異物から毒液がにじみ出るからだ。

なにごともなさそうに外側は見えても
内側はむごたらしく蝕（むしば）まれている。

吐けるものなら吐き出したい。
摘出できるものなら手術も受けよう。

だが、そういう類（たぐい）のものではないのだ。

わけのわからぬ得体の知れないもの、
異物としか言いようのないものが

今、確実に自分の内にある。

Inner Foreign Matter

I have something I don't understand
and something I don't know.

I clearly feel the existence of something
that is not my own.

It can only be called a foreign substance.

It upsets my rhythm
because I'm trapped in a feeling I've never felt.

I have an idea that I shouldn't think about,
and I take an action that I shouldn't do.

It takes the courage to confess to those who trust
and tries to lead me to a predicament and ruin.

On a calm afternoon,
my body suddenly becomes numb
because the venom oozes out of the foreign body.

Even though the outside looks like nothing,
the inside is terribly eroded.

If I can vomit, I want to vomit it.
If it can be removed, I will have surgery.

But it's not that kind of thing.

There is definitely something in me right now
that I don't understand, something
that can only be called a foreign matter.
