外国には回覧板のようなものはなく、日本だけのようだ。
そもそも町内会みたいな組織もないらしい。
調べてみると、どちらも日中戦争の頃から始まった、とある。
上意下達の有効な手段なのだろう。
しかし、はっきり言って、回覧するまでもない内容が多い。
まるで、回覧板があるから回覧物があるみたいに。
マンション管理組合の理事長をさせられているので
自動的に町会の班長もさせられている。
それで町会から定期的に回覧物が届けられ
それをいくつかの回覧板に振り分けることになる。
各棟の掲示板に貼って済ますこともあるが
問題になりそうもない連絡事項なら、あえてまわさない。
それが問題にならないとも限らないが、そもそも
どうでもよさそうな情報をまわすことが、すでに問題なのだ。

Circular Board
There is no such thing as a circular notice
in foreign countries, it seems only in Japan.

because there is a circular board system.

the head of the town council.
Then, the circulars are sent periodically
from the town council
and distributed to several circulars.
It may be pasted
on the bulletin board of each building,
but if it is not likely to be a problem,
do not dare to do so.
That can be a problem,
but passing on meaningless information
is already a problem.
