僕には対立者がいる。
この際、敵と呼んでもいい。
とにかく、僕が良いことをしようとすると
必ずと言っていいほど、そいつに邪魔される。
そいつには共存共栄という考えはないらしい。
どちらが勝つか負けるか、だけである。
なので、しばしば僕もそいつの邪魔をする。
不本意ではあるが、仕方ない。
それに、うまく邪魔できると嬉しくなったりする。
そいつの泣きっ面を見るのも楽しみになる。
性格が悪くなりそうである。
勝ち負けだけで物事を判断するのは
どこか偏っている気はする。
けれども、偏っているゆえに面白くもある。
面白ければいいのか、と反論されそうだが
あいにく、そういう議論は概おおむねつまらない。
なので、時間の無駄のようではあるけれど
つい今日もまた、そいつと対立してしまうのだ。
