親類の夫婦が離婚することになった。
それで、おすそ分けだかなんだか
いらない家財をもらえるそうなので出かけてみた。
その帰りだったと思うが、タクシーに乗っている。
途中で降車して商店街に入った。
大きなパンのかたまりが安く売られている。
表面をはぎ取られた白いスポンジのよう。
安くてうまそうだが、現在グルテン断ちをしている。
健康に問題ありそうなので控えているのだ。
タダでもらえるならともかく、買うつもりはない。
亡くなったはずの伯母さんが売り場にいて
カレーの固形ルーが安いよ、と教えてくれる。
だが、カレーにも小麦粉が使われているはず。
諦めなければならない食材が多くて困る。
よさそうなことに限ってうまくいかないものだ。

Cut off Gluten
A couple of my relatives have been divorced.
So, I heard that I could get some household goods
that I didn't need, so I went out.
I think it was the way back, but I'm taking a taxi.
I got off on the way
and entered the shopping district.
Large chunks of bread are sold cheaply.
Like a white sponge with its surface stripped off.
It looks cheap and good,
but I'm currently cutting gluten.
I'm refraining from doing
so because it seems to be a health problem.
I'm not going to buy it, if I can get it for free.
My aunt, who should have died,
is in the sales floor and tells me
that the solid roux of curry is cheap.
However, flour should also be used in curry.
I am in trouble because there are many ingredients
that I have to give up.
Only things that look good don't work.
