いくつか転職した会社の懐かしい顔ぶれ。
会話する男同士、女同士、またはカップル。
上司だったある男は女の子数名に囲まれ
面白おかしく社員たちの失敗談を語っている。
「そこで彼は濡れたズボンを脱いじゃってね、
もう仕方ないから、それを頭から被ったんだよ」
笑い声が聞こえる。みんな楽しそうだ。
なのに、私には話相手がいない。
ウロチョロしながら楽しそうな彼らを眺めるだけ。
まるで、いらない余った人のようだ。

Unnecessary Remainder
It's like a drinking party in the company.
Acquaintances are chatting in the slightly dim store.
Nostalgic faces of some companies
that have changed jobs.
Men, women, or couples talking to each other.
A man who was his boss is surrounded by several girls
and tells funny stories about the employees' failures.
"There he took off his wet pants, and he couldn't help it,
so he put it on his head."
I can hear laughter. Everyone looks happy.
But I have no one to talk to.
I just look at them who seem to be having fun
while going back and forth.
It's like I'm an unnecessary remainder.
