自宅を出て友人宅に着いた。
友人は留守で、友人の家族もいない。
なのに施錠されておらず、家宅不法侵入。
友人宅の固定電話で電話帳の番号にかけてみた。
「はい、もしもし」聞き覚えない人の声。
尋ねてみた。
「あなたは私の友人ですか」
「ええと、違うと思いますが、あなた誰？」
聞き取りにくい声で要領を得ない。
話が終わらないので「では、これで失礼します」
それでも話は終わらない。
話し相手が替わり、そいつも友人ではなかった。
「本当にこれで失礼します」
ようやく電話を切り上げることに成功。
友人の家を出る。
さて、これからどこへ行こう。
砂利道の水たまりに映る雨上がりの空をじっと見下ろす。
Absent My Friend's House
I left his home and arrived at my friend's house.
He is away and has no family.
But it wasn't locked and I broke into his house.
I called the number in the phone book
on the landline at his house.
"Yes, hello." The voice of a stranger.
I asked.
"Are you my friend?"
"Well, I think it's different, but who are you?"
I can't get the point with a voice that is hard to hear.
The conversation never ends, so "Well, goodbye."
Still, the conversation doesn't end.
The person I talked to changed,
and he wasn't my friend either.
"Really goodbye with this."
I finally succeeded in hanging up the phone.
I left my friend's house.
Well, where should I go from now on?
I look down at the sky after the rain reflected
in the puddle of the gravel road.
